Spencer took this shot yesterday, not something you would see in America. I wonder if we could get Maia to sit nicely like this.  Imagine all the places we could go!

All over Quito, you'll see whole roasted or fried pig. I've been wanting to try it, but have been hesitant until yesterday! I was on a tour of a local market with a new friend's father who has been a chef in Quito for years and he took us to a local market and encouraged us to try this.  It was awesome:
